Kennel Cut
A kennel cut is for long and medium haired breeds that need a haircut that is one length all over, from 1/8 - 1/2 inch. Ears and tail may be left longer if they are not matted. This includes shampoo, conditioner, nail trimming, and a full body hair cut 1/2 inch or shorter.

Scissor Cut
A scissor cut is for long and medium haired breeds that need a haircut that is longer than a 3/4 inch so must be hand scissored. This includes shampoo, conditioner, nail trimming, and a full body hair cut using guard combs and scissors.
